NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a lease for 1,761 square feet of medical space at 1135 Broad St. in Clifton, the real estate services firm announced.
Based in Ardsley, New York, Wellness and Surgery is coming to the property after having sought a high-end medical suite with proximity to patients in the New York and New Jersey region. The practice is taking space under a deal with First Equity Development Co., the landlord, which was represented by NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning.
NAI Hanson has served as the leasing team for 1135 Broad St., a 62,535-square-foot three-story medical office building, since 2018. Centrally located in Passaic County, the building is easily accessible from several major roadways and includes 600 feet of frontage on the Garden State Parkway, offering amenities such as renovated common areas, restrooms and lobbies, as well as on-site parking.
Other tenants include St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, an RWJ Children’s Specialized Hospital Outpatient Center and Kessler Rehabilitation Center.
“This deal further underscores our team’s expertise in constructing marketing strategies that take advantage of the high demand for newly-renovated and centrally-located medical suites across the state,” Lizzack said. “The health care sector continues to be healthy and stable in the new year, and we are excited to continue to capitalize on the ongoing need for these properties as we help our clients fill vacant space in the year to come.”
