A business that installs cable and internet equipment has leased some 5,000 square feet of industrial space in Atlantic County, brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services said.
Representing 1001 Grant LLC, the landlord at 1001 South Grand Ave. in Hammonton, Vantage RES announced the newly completed transaction with TriWire Engineering Solutions. The tenant’s new location at the multitenant, 105,000-square-foot building provides it with easy access to the Atlantic City Expressway, Route 30 and the Atlantic City Airport, along with connectivity to Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
Vantage RES Senior Adviser Ken Richardson and Nick Liggio, sales associate, worked closely with Ben Grubner of 1001 Grant LLC and Jeremiah Gruebele of TriWire to complete the deal.
“Ken’s experience and knowledge was key to understanding our needs as property owners as well as the needs of our tenants,” Grubner said. “We have worked with many CRE brokerage firms worldwide and none of them compare to Vantage RES.”
TriWire’s new building is known as the Atlantic Commerce Center Office.
