A spice importer is expanding with the help of a newly completed office lease in Piscataway, according to a brokerage team with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group
The tenant, AKC Commodities, will occupy 2,400 square feet at 1086-1092 Stelton Road under a three-year deal with extensions, according to a news release. That provides easy access for both employees and clients, thanks to a location less than a mile from Interstate 287 and a short drive from the New Jersey Turnpike.
BCREG Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both parties in the deal, which he completed just three weeks after listing the space at the 7,400-square-foot building.
