A contracting firm has paid $625,000 to acquire a 31,550-square-foot industrial building in Brooklawn, Colliers International said Tuesday.
In a news release, brokers with the firm’s Mount Laurel office said they represented Levin Reis Partnership in the sale of the building at 1 Old Salem Road. The single-tenant building, which has 7,000 square feet of office space, was purchased by Thomas Co. Inc.
The buyer is a commercial and industrial roofing and mechanical contracting firm located in Egg Harbor Township, the news release said.
Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman handled the assignment for Levin Reis and are now representing a related entity in the marketing of a 25,000-square-foot industrial building next door. Sitting at 20 Creek Road, the warehouse house has 19- to 21-foot ceilings, three loading docks, two drive-in doors and a fenced-in outdoor storage area.
