An investor has paid nearly $500,000 for a 4,700-square-foot office building in Camden County, in a sale arranged by Markeim Chalmers.
The commercial real estate services firm represented an unnamed seller in the trade of 2 White Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. In announcing the $475,000 sale, Markeim Chalmers touted the property’s access to Interstate 295 and public transportation.
Markeim Chalmers Vice President Kevin Burns marketed the building, while Interstate Commercial represented the private buyer.
