CBRE has made a key addition in the fields of capital markets and net leased properties with one of its newest hires in New Jersey.

The real estate services firm announced Monday that Karly Iacono has joined its team as a senior vice president. Based in its Saddle Brook office, she will specialize in net leased sales and acquisitions, sale-leasebacks and single-tenant development in coordination with the National Net Lease Group, which is led by Will Pike.
Iacono most recently was a first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap.
“Karly’s outstanding reputation in the industry proceeds her,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, a CBRE senior managing director and the firm’s New Jersey market leader. “She will further expand our deep capital markets expertise to provide exceptional client outcomes both locally and nationally.”
In announcing the hire, CBRE noted that Iacono earned several industry recognitions with Marcus & Millichap and is a two-time recipient of the prestigious National Achievement Award. Other recent honors include GlobeSt. and Real Estate Forum’s Woman of Influence award, the firm said, noting she also recently launched the widely followed commercial real estate video series “CRE Fast Five.”
Iacono is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Real Estate Women network.
