The real estate services firm announced that Thomas Monahan, executive vice president, earned the distinction after completing more than 50 transactions with more than $500,000 million in combined value. They include representing Seagis Property Group in a 923,000-square-foot lease in Edison and Bridge Development Partners in a 718,200-square-foot lease in Perth Amboy.
Monahan also earned overall top performance honors in New Jersey for the third consecutive year, CBRE said in a news release. He gave credit to team members Stephen D’Amato, first vice president; Larry Schiffenhaus, vice president; Gerard Monahan, real estate analyst; and Anastasia Lazarides, client services specialist.
“Tom continues to deliver remarkable results for his clients through a combination of deep market expertise, strong strategic leadership, comprehensive financial acumen and a unique ability to identify opportunities ahead of the market,” said Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director with CBRE and head of its New Jersey offices. “He provides our clients with profound market perspective and strategic counsel. We congratulate Tom on earning the top industrial professional recognition in the Americas for 2017.”
In 2018, Monahan and his team have represented Murray Construction in a recent 404,000-square-foot lease and Duke Realty in a 354,250 square-foot deal.
