Keystone Property Group has taken the wraps off its newly renovated, 685,000-square-foot office complex in Piscataway, where CBRE now serves as the landlord’s leasing agent.
A team of CBRE brokers will market space at the property, 30 Knightsbridge Road, boasting refreshed amenities such as a newly updated auditorium with more than 200 seats, a series of conference areas and an expanded fitness center. Located off Interstate 287, the complex is home to companies such as AECOM, Aflac, Altice and Rutgers University, but has as much as 280,000 square feet available.
CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel and Doug Petrozzini will spearhead Keystone’s leasing campaign.

In a news release Tuesday, CBRE touted the recent multimillion-dollar upgrade at 30 Knightsbridge as well as a high-end electrical and telecom infrastructure improvement program. Other amenities include a modern, full-service café with eclectic food stations and more than 175 seats, a new game room and indoor and outdoor seating areas with complimentary WiFi.
Meantime, the expanded fitness center is home to new aerobic and strength training equipment, a yoga room, towel service and locker rooms with showers, the news release said. The property also offers built-in redundant power supply systems with an on-site landlord-owned substation and a 120,000-square-foot data center that can be modified.
Other tenants at the building include Paychex, QualCare and Regus.
