Eastman Cos. has hired CBRE as its leasing agent at a 380,065-square-foot office building in Livingston, the real estate services firm announced Monday.
Brokers with CBRE, Jonathan Meisel and Erin Wenzler, will now spearhead the leasing campaign at Eisenhower Corporate Campus at 290 West Mount Pleasant Ave. They touted the complex’s energy-saving features, including roof and field solar arrays, electric car charging stations and water conservation and recycling programs, among others.
“Eisenhower Corporate Campus is one of the highest quality office properties in New Jersey,” said Meisel, a senior vice president with CBRE. “It is also one of a handful of commercial facilities with true sustainability initiatives and is one of the largest multi-tenanted buildings in the state powered by solar.
“On an average day, the building generates enough solar power to run an entire 50,000-square-foot building, which is equivalent to 1.8 metric tons of carbon dioxide.”
Other features include a 225-seat auditorium, a full-service cafeteria, an on-site caterer, fiber optics wired for voice and data and a fitness center, according to a news release. The campus also has a five-story parking deck and is adjacent to a retail complex that has a Starbucks, Shake Shack, Blaze Pizza and Mezza Mediterranean.
