A clothing and home décor chain and a boutique Pilates studio are set to join the roster at a 218,000-square-foot retail center in Bound Brook, brokers with CBRE said Tuesday.
The real estate services firm announced that Lands’ End and Club Pilates have leased 6,053 square feet and 1,820 square feet, respectively, at Chimney Rock Shopping Center. The deals provide the operators with a busy location at Route 22 and Chimney Rock and at a complex anchored by Whole Foods.
The CBRE team of John Hanlon and Ellada Davidova represented the landlord, Regency Centers, and is marketing three remaining spaces totaling about 7,200 square feet. Glenn Beyer of RKF represented Lands’ End, while Florian Suserman of Ripco negotiated on behalf of Club Pilates.
“Chimney Rock has been a successful project from the minute we arranged the ground lease on behalf of Regency Centers,” Hanlon said. “From preleasing retail space to Whole Foods, The Container Store, Nordstrom Rack, and Saks Off Fifth, to the most recent deals with Lands’ End and Club Pilates, the shopping center has attracted some of the nation’s most well-recognized retailers.”
Other tenants at the center include Cost Plus World Market and Verizon Wireless, among others.
