The developer of a new apartment building in Jersey City has lured a juice bar to its ground-floor retail space, in a deal arranged by Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
According to the leasing team, Triple Double Juice is taking 1,100 square feet at 168 Martin Luther King Drive, in the city’s Greenville section. The space will mark the operator’s second location, following its debut in East Orange, providing large windows that will showcase the brand’s menu of freshly squeezed juices with names such as the Jump Shot and Fastbreak.
“Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management marketed the space on behalf of the owner looking to add a strong anchor tenant to the area,” the firm wrote in its announcement. “Cervelli used its hybrid marketing platform to expose the property to the widest audience available ultimately bringing several competing offers to the owner.”
