The owner of a nearly 41,000-square-foot commercial property in Cherry Hill has leased the final retail space at the complex, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team represented ownership in the deal at 480-488 Evesham Road, the site of Town Center at Short Hills. An undisclosed tenant is leasing the space in the deal with Town Center Short Hills Cherry Hill LLC, joining existing occupiers such as Starbucks, Classic Cake, Radin’s Deli, Olive Nails and Altum Chiropractic.
WCRE Executive Vice President Eric Flocco represented the landlord in the transaction, the size of which was not specified, at the 40,764-square-foot retail and office development.
