A waterproofing and building repair business has acquired an office and laboratory building in Cherry Hill, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced last week.
The buyer, Hudak Infrastructure Repair Systems LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the 4,320-square-foot property at 5 Allison Drive. It will now use the space for light manufacturing, benefiting from its location near Interstate 295 and Route 70.
Vantage Commercial identified the seller as Sun Biotech. The brokerage team included Ken Richardson, an executive director, and Corinne Giletto, a senior adviser.
“Vantage went out of their way to help us acquire this property,” said Perry Frank, Hudak’s chief financial officer. “Ken helped us work with the seller to lease some space back to Sun Biotech. The process had challenges, but Vantage helped us navigate through them all to ultimately close the deal.”
