An industrial user has taken more than 22,000 square feet in Linden, under a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm said the tenant, American Royal Enterprise, will occupy the full building at 611 Commerce Road as part of its lease with A&K Real Estate Group LLC. The BRC team of Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons represented both parties in the 22,300-square-foot deal.
“In order to best serve their rapidly expanding New York and New Jersey client base, American Royal chose the premier positioning of 611 Commerce Road to function as their newest warehouse and headquarters,” said Koons, a member of a team that also includes Sales Associate Benito Abbate and Wellern Yu, a marketing and research associate.
In a news release, BRC said the freestanding building sits on one acre near Interstate 278, Route 1-9 and Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property is two miles from the Goethals Bridge, featuring 16- to 24-foot ceiling heights, two tailboard loading docks and two drive-in doors.
