Larken Associates has lured another tenant to its sprawling business park in Hillsborough, signing a nearly 6,300-square-foot lease with a childcare center.
In a news release, the real estate firm said Kinn Academy will occupy space at 133 Stryker Lane, a 10,010-square-foot building with a fenced outdoor play area that is also leased to The Little Gym. The operator will join a host of tenants at the 27-building, 550,000-square-foot Hillsborough Business Center, which sits on 100 acres just off Route 206.
“Whether it is space for an industrial tenant, a brand-new craft brewery or a daycare, the flexible construction of Hillsborough Business Center has proven time and time again that it can accommodate for the needs of any tenant,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “We are excited to welcome Kinn Academy to the property as we know it provides an ideal place for them to grow and adds a valuable service to the surrounding community for those with childcare needs.”
Kinn Academy is leasing 6,269 square feet of industrial and flex space at the complex, which provides access to area highways, while featuring an on-site fitness center and self-storage facility.
