Chilmark Real Estate Services LLC has bolstered its sales team with the hiring of a new vice president.
The firm, which is based in Morristown, announced that Connor Smith joins its ranks after three years as a broker with Weichert Commercial. He will join the existing team of Michael Witko and Edward Flanagan, Chilmark’s founding members, along with Executive Managing Director Michael Marchese.
The firm detailed the new addition on Tuesday, noting that Smith “has quickly established himself as a dedicated resource for companies and commercial clients throughout the New Jersey marketplace.”
“Connor’s analytical and financial instincts have served his tenant and landlord client bases extremely well,” the firm wrote in a press release. “His professionalism and experience highlight the value he brings to each transaction and as a result has developed a significant following within the New Jersey office and industrial markets.”
Smith holds a degree in finance from The College of New Jersey.
