A new tenant is coming to Denholtz Properties’ 17-building business park in Somerset County, where it has inked a lease for more than 16,000 square feet of flex industrial space.
The landlord announced Tuesday that Dec’s Metal Fabrication LLC is taking 16,006 square feet at 27E Kearney St. in Bridgewater, part of the 405,000-square-foot complex known as the Bridgewater Business Park. The company is the latest tenant at the property, which straddles the border of Bound Brook and Bridgewater near Route 22 and Interstate 287.
Jordan Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented both parties in the lease.
“Bridgewater’s ideal highway accessibility and strong area demographics continue to make it a top destination for a variety of New Jersey businesses,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Properties. “The Bridgewater Business Park’s flexibility and ease of access have allowed us to enjoy high levels of leasing activity and tenant retention, positioning this portfolio for continued favorable returns over both the near and long terms.”
Denholtz recently bolstered its presence in the complex with the acquisition of 6W Chimney Rock Road, a 26,000-square-foot industrial building that is fully leased to UPS. With the acquisition, the firm now owns and manages 17 buildings spanning 1W to 10W Chimney Rock Road and 24E to 30E Kearney St. in the complex, touting its accessibility.
