A tenant is relocating from Manhattan to more than 6,000 square feet of office space in Secaucus, under a newly announced transaction by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm represented the tenant, Perception Media Corp., in its 6,200-square-foot lease at 333 Meadowlands Parkway. Owned by Bergman Real Estate Group, the building will provide the user with significant savings from its existing location in Midtown, while remaining convenient for employees due to its proximity to the Secaucus Junction transit hub.
Chilmark Founding Member Michael Witko completed the assignment, while John Osborne represented Bergman in-house.
