A medical device company is relocating its headquarters in Burlington County, having leased nearly 21,000 square feet at an Evesham office building.
Chilmark Real Estate Services, a broker in the transaction, announced last week that Impulse Dynamics has committed to 20,605 square feet at 50 Lake Center Executive Parkway in the town’s Marlton section. The tenant, which specializes in treating heart failure, currently lists its U.S. headquarters address as 523 Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel.
Michael Marchese of Chilmark represented Impulse Dynamics alongside Scott Martin of Avison Young. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, 50 Lake LLC.
