An industrial user is relocating from New York City to a property at the northern edge of Bergen County, in a transaction arranged by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
According to the brokerage firm, Armrkt Production Inc. will occupy some 9,000 square feet at 30 Craig Road in Montvale under a 10-year lease with Over the Hill Holdings LLC. Chilmark’s Michael Marchese represented both the tenant and the landlord.
The property, located off West Grand Avenue, is east of the Garden State Parkway and just south of the New York State border.
