OpenWorks, a nationwide provider of franchise commercial cleaning services, has hired a former pharmaceutical sales executive to lead its new office in New Jersey.
Steffani Azcona, who joins the company from Bausch + Lomb, will serve as regional sales director in OpenWorks’ Newark office. The company operates nationwide, cleaning more than 2,500 facilities and 30 million square feet of space daily.
Its move to New Jersey will mark the company’s 16th office location, with plans to hire additional staff, including two open sales positions.
“With our existing base of customers, including a national, multi-location health care company with a facility in the area, it was a natural next step to open a physical office in Newark,” said Eric Roudi, CEO of OpenWorks. “Steffani’s leadership will strengthen our ability to develop and implement outsourced facility cleaning solutions across business, education, health care, manufacturing and other industries operating in the region.”
Prior to joining OpenWorks, Azcona served as executive vision care territory manager for Bausch + Lomb. Prior to that, she was the New York area manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
