A real estate firm has paid nearly $6.2 million for an Atlantic County office building housing a medical practice and an energy firm, Colliers International Group announced.
In a news release, the firm said its southern New Jersey office brokered the sale of the 33,000-square-foot building at 1 North White Horse Pike in Hammonton. Colliers identified the buyer and seller as Hammonton 1 LLC and Interstate Commercial, respectively.
The 10-acre property sits at the intersection of routes 30, 54 and 206, the news release said. It is fully occupied by South Jersey Family Medical Center and South Jersey Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries.
Colliers’ Evan Zweben represented the seller, while Dan Silvestri coordinated the sale on behalf of the buyer.
