An investment manager has acquired a nearly 152,000-square-foot industrial building in Logan Township, under a newly completed transaction by Colliers International.
The real estate services firm announced that Warner Court LLC, which is operated by Boston-based GFI Partners, has purchased 1 Warner Court for an undisclosed price. Sitting on just over 14 acres, the 151,600-square-foot property is part of the Pureland Industrial Complex and sits directly off Exit 10 of Interstate 295.
Colliers Senior Managing Director Marc Isdaner, who is based in Mount Laurel, completed the transaction in cooperation with Randall Book of the firm’s Detroit office. Terms were not disclosed.
Isdaner will also represent GFI Partners in marketing the property for lease, touting the site’s proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike and Philadelphia. He added that GFI Partners plans to make improvements such as white-boxing the warehouse interior, new LED lighting and the addition of six loading dock doors to the current 12 dock doors. What’s more, the firm plans to install a new roof in the spring.
