Colliers International has added a 25-year industry veteran to bolster its position in the health care and medical office sectors.
The real estate services firm announced Friday that it has hired Kim Kretowicz as a managing director. She will be based in Colliers’ Woodbridge office, joining as a fellow in its National Healthcare Services Group and expanding the New Jersey team’s capabilities in the industry.
To that end, Kretowicz will act as an adviser to clients that include private investors, medical office building owners and developers, hospital systems, private physician groups and health care real estate investment trusts.
“We are thrilled to have Kim become a part of the Colliers team,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director and New Jersey Market leader for Colliers. “Her background will strengthen our capital markets position in the thriving health care industry.”
Kretowicz previously was a vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s health care real estate and national office groups, according to a news release She also served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield in New Jersey and as a senior vice president and executive committee member at the former Grubb & Ellis.
