A landlord has tapped Colliers International as its leasing agent at a 118,000-square-foot office complex in Woodcliff Lake.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it was marketing more than 50,000 square feet at 123 Tice Blvd., working on behalf of Vision Properties. It’s seeking to lure tenants with features such as a full-service cafe, a refurbished lobby and elevators, on-site storage and outdoor seating, with additional improvements planned at the three-story building.
Colliers Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque, Senior Managing Director James Bailey and Associate Stephen Graziano are leading the assignment.
“As we emerge from the pandemic and more companies search for new space, many have prioritized amenities and upgraded common areas,” Bailey said. “Ownership is in tune with these demands and its planned and recent improvements are sure to attract a variety of world-class corporate users. The contiguous space offered by the building is also able to accommodate creative and flexible floor plans that can ensure social distancing and a variety of other post-COVID workplace protocols.”
The ownership and leasing team touted the building’s proximity to the Tice’s Corner shopping center, area hotels and Life Time Fitness, as well as The Shoppes at DePiero Farm and a host of dining options. The complex is also minutes from the Garden State Parkway and Route 17.
“123 Tice Boulevard is in a prime position to take advantage of current market conditions by offering flexible floor plans that can accommodate various sized office users within the market,” said David Milewski, the Northeast vice president at Vision Properties. “We are pleased to be working with Colliers for this incredible property and we are confident this space will garner interest from a range of potential tenants.”
