Scarinci & Hollenbeck LLC has bolstered its real estate practice with the addition of Patrick T. Conlon, one of several new attorneys in the firm’s Red Bank and New York City offices.
Conlon, who joins the team as a senior associate, will assist clients in navigating development approvals and land use matters, commercial real estate transactions, office and commercial leasing and construction and financing matters, Scarinci said. His previous experience includes representing developers at all stages of the acquisition, entitlement and disposition process, giving him what the firm said is a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Conlon earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s from Ohio State University.
Other new additions to Little Falls-based Scarinci include:
- Brittany P. Tarabour as a senior associate with the public law department
- Matthew F. Mimnaugh as a senior associate in the litigation department
- Kevin M. Cuddihy, who is joining the firm for a second time, as an associate supporting the public and education law practice groups.
- Seraphema Menna as an associate in the public law practice group
- Carleigh Stiehm-Wenik as an associate in the firm’s litigation department.
“We are thrilled to welcome such remarkable talent to our firm,” said Donald Scarinci, founding partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck. “This new cohort represents a pivotal moment in our growth and enhances our commitment to delivering top-notch legal services.”
