A nearly 45,000-square-foot industrial facility in Elizabeth has changed hands, the William F. Connors Agency announced Wednesday.
The brokerage firm said it arranged the sale of 1189 Magnolia Ave., a property about five blocks west of Route 9. An entity identified as Elizabeth SS 2018 LLC acquired the complex from 1189 Magnolia Realty LLC for an undisclosed price.
William F. Connors III, the firm’s president, completed the transaction. The building is a former armory that was converted to a warehouse, which now features two floors of office space along the front of the property with a one-story, 36-foot-clear warehouse in the back.
