A pharmaceutical company has acquired a 12,400-square-foot industrial lab building in Piscataway, brokers with NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. announced Thursday.
The brokerage firm, which is based in the township, said it represented Adalex Holdings LLC in the sale of 71 Suttons Lane. The buyer, whose name was not disclosed, is a New Jersey-based company.
NAI DiLeo-Bram Senior Vice President March Shein and Vice President Daniel Duggan completed the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
