The owner of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building in North Bergen has completed a renewal at the property, The William F. Connors Agency announced Monday.
The brokerage and consulting firm said the tenant, Van Wyck & Van Wyck, inked the long-term commitment at 2026 83rd St. Located just west of Tonnelle Ave., the property is minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel and the New Jersey Turnpike, offering two loading docks and ceiling heights of up to 18 feet.
William F. Connors III, executive vice president and broker associate, was the lone broker in the transaction.
