G.S. Wilcox & Co. has named two new vice presidents after a recent set of promotions.
The commercial mortgage banking firm, which is based in Morristown, on Monday announced the new positions for Wesley Wilcox and Robert Logan. In their new roles, they will focus on developing new business initiatives and supporting client relationships, working side by side with founder and President Gretchen Wilcox and Principal Albert Raymond to grow the company’s footprint in New Jersey commercial real estate.
“G.S. Wilcox & Co. is very proud to announce these promotions. Robert and Wesley make a strong team together,” Wilcox said in a prepared statement. “Our clients have commented on the unyielding drive they put towards every project and we are confident that they will serve as excellent client liaisons.”
Logan holds a master’s in real estate finance from New York University and a bachelor’s in economics and Latin American studies from Connecticut College, according to a news release. He worked in the structured credit and financing fields before joining the G.S. Wilcox & Co. team in 2017 in underwriting and originations.
Wesley Wilcox is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey with a master’s in real estate finance from New York University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Bucknell University. He is deeply involved in industry organizations such as Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, co-chairing the latter’s developing leaders division in New Jersey.
