The William F. Connors Agency has announced the sale of a 44,000-square-foot industrial property in Bayonne.
The firm, which is based in the city, represented a private seller in the deal at 56 New Hook Road. An undisclosed party purchased the property, which is about a half-mile from Route 440.
William F. Connors, president and broker of record of the William F. Connors Agency, completed the sale.
