March Associates Construction has broken ground on the first of eight remaining buildings within a master-planned senior living community in Burlington County.
Working on behalf of a longtime client, Capitol Senior Housing, March said it was overseeing an expedited construction schedule that will produce more than 210,000 square feet of age-restricted apartments and a clubhouse in Cinnaminson. Plans call for 119 new high-end rental homes at 1411 Siena Drive, just off Route 130 and across from The Shoppes at Cinnaminson.
Completion for what’s known as Siena Luxury Residences is slated for late fall 2019, March said, touting the project as a sign of its growth in the Philadelphia market.
Capitol Senior Housing, a Washington D.C.-based developer, acquired the master-planned Siena site earlier this year. First launched in 2008, the project comprises a 15-acre development that currently consists of five buildings with 85 homes.
A news release this summer detailed the community’s Tuscan-inspired architecture and a clubhouse that will feature a fitness center, yoga studio, great room, card room and more.
