A developer has kicked off construction at a new 185-unit multifamily complex in Little Falls, seeking to capitalize on a location near mass transit and minutes from area highways.
The project, spearheaded by Accurate Builders & Developers, will bring a collection of one- and two-bedroom units to a parcel at 405 Main St. The firm noted the units will also feature in-home office options, along with amenities such as a modern fitness and aerobic center with virtual training technology, a lobby lounge with a beverage bar and other offerings.
Delivery is slated for next year.

In a news release, Accurate Builders noted that the four-story property will also include a community room, bike storage and multiple courtyards with furniture and recreation areas. Apartments will be finished with high-end materials and appliances.
Accurate Builders has projects underway in several other communities, including Raritan Borough and Bayonne. In Little Falls, the firm touted the site’s easy access to railways, bus stops, major highways and shopping malls. The property is about a mile from Route 46, which provides access to Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
