A counseling practice has leased nearly 2,200 square feet of office space in the Mercer County borough of Pennington, in a deal arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
Al Toto, a senior vice president with CPN, represented both parties in the deal at Howe Commons at 65 South Main St. Mercer Counseling, headed by Tee Moschberger, is taking 2,152 square feet for five years at the five-building, 50,000-square-foot complex.
The practice’s new home places it minutes from both Route 31 and Interstate 295.
