A counseling service has signed a long-term lease within a mixed-use property in Burlington County, brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services announced Friday.
The brokerage and advisory firm represented the tenant, The Mental Mediator, in the transaction at Eastampton Place West in Eastampton. Located near the intersection of Woodlane and Monmouth roads, the location sits within a residential community that is easily accessible from Route 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Vantage RES Senior Adviser Ken Richardson worked closely with Shannon Shadman, CEO of The Mental Mediator, to identify the location and secure a lease for the new office, according to a news release. The operator offers psychotherapy with licensed counselors, many of whom specialize assisting veterans and military.
“The Mental Mediator will be well positioned for success within Eastampton Place West,” Richardson said. “The newly created space will be welcoming and efficient for their clients. During the recent economic downturn due to COVID-19, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Urban Renewal, LLC, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients, even more-so during challenging times.”
Eastampton Place West, managed by Urban Renewal LLC, has 240 luxury apartments within a resort-type setting, with multiple retail spaces along Woodlane Road.
“Ken and Vantage RES were very patient with me while I asked a million questions,” Shadman said. “Ken answered all of them and has been very helpful in this exciting new phase of The Mental Mediator. My expectations have been exceeded in every aspect and he continues to blow me away with professionalism at every turn. I really feel like I have a partner in the growth of my business.”
