A counseling service has taken 600 square feet at a Morris County office building, under a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the deal at 1 Mill Ridge Lane in Chester, where Center for Anxiety and Behavior Management LLC is leasing space from MGHC Group LLC. The mental health counseling services is the newest tenant at the two-story, 16,000-square-foot building at the corner of Route 24.
NAI Hanson’s Joe Vindigni, Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack completed the transaction, touting the recent renovations at 1 Mill Ridge Lane and its access to nearby highways.
“Our steady leasing activity at 1 Mill Ridge Lane exemplifies the benefits of consistently retaining a brokerage firm that deeply understands the local market,” Vindigni said. “Our team’s long-term relationships with landlords like MGHC Group allow our experienced brokers to develop a firm understanding of our clients’ spaces and their local markets to drive leasing volume and attract the highest quality tenants to their buildings.”
The Center for Anxiety and Behavior Management offers evidence-based mental health counseling such as cognitive behavioral therapy for adults, teens, children, families and couples. Its new home provides the group with a location to serve its customers throughout Morris and Somerset counties.
