A law firm is expanding for the second time within Court Plaza, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ three-building, 335,000-square-foot office complex in Hackensack.
The tenant, Kaufman Dolowich Voluck, has signed a 14,745-square-foot lease at Court Plaza North at 25 Main St., Sanzari announced Thursday. The practice is nearly doubling its previous footprint as part of the transaction, which also required it to relocate from Court Plaza South.
The space is also four times the size of the firm’s original lease when it first moved to Court Plaza a decade ago.
“Throughout our history, building longstanding relationships with our tenants has been crucial to our continued success,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “As our tenants grow and evolve, we consider ourselves partners in their expansion through providing spaces like Court Plaza that are ideally suited to their business’ short-term and long-term needs.”
Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has grown over its 30-year history from a four-person labor and employment law boutique firm into a national law firm with private and insurance clients in the U.S., Bermuda and the United Kingdom, according to a news release. The firm has more than 145 attorneys across several practices, including labor and employment, insurance coverage and litigation, professional liability, construction and others.
“Court Plaza has been a valued resource in our law firm’s rapid growth over a short period of time,” said Gino Zonghetti, managing partner at the law firm’s New Jersey office. “The Sanzari team has consistently been responsive to our needs and has been able to accommodate space in the complex that meets our changing needs. We look forward to continuing to grow at Court Plaza and working with the Sanzari team for years to come.”
