Lee & Associates has added a veteran broker to its New Jersey team, with an eye toward gaining a greater foothold in Morris and Essex counties.
The broker-owned firm announced Thursday that it has hired Suzanne Kiall as a director and managing broker, Morris County, in its New Jersey-based office. Primarily focused in Morris and western Essex County, she most recently served as founder and broker of record at Suzanne Kiall & Associates LLC and will continue to operate from her Cedar Knolls office.
“We are excited to welcome Suzanne Kiall to Lee & Associates New Jersey,” said Brian Lynch, co-founder, CEO and principal of Lee & Associates New Jersey. “She is a top-tier professional who will bolster our leasing and sales efforts throughout the Morris/Essex County area to expand our market share. This is a huge win for our team.”
In announcing the new hire, Lee & Associates touted Kiall’s 21 years of New Jersey commercial real estate expertise. She has represented a host of retail, medical, office and industrial landlords and tenants, while also identifying and executing solutions for owner-occupied properties and investment opportunities for buyers and sellers.
Kiall recently represented Centrient Pharma and InStar Group in two new tenancies at 2001 Route 46 in Parsippany, which is owned by Marcus Partners, and has helped bring a 25,000-square-foot office building in the township to 90 percent occupancy for The Silverman Group.
“We are very pleased to bring on an accomplished, entrepreneurial colleague such as Suzanne,” said Rick Marchisio, co-founder, president and principal of Lee & Associates New Jersey. “In addition to adding a Cedar Knolls office to our current Elmwood Park and Edison locations, Suzanne’s new role within our team will further our continued goal of maintaining steady growth while helping us to better service our existing and future clientele.”
Lee & Associates added that, from 2018 to 2019, Kiall sold eight buildings of various types including multitenant office, operational gas station, land for redevelopment and industrial condo. She has represented seller, buyers, users and investors, while representing tenants and landlords in the leasing of nearly 28 commercial properties.
“I am thrilled to join Lee & Associates New Jersey,” Kiall said. “Lee’s willingness to maintain my office in Morris County and their generosity of resources, coupled with their team of professionals has made it an easy decision and incredible opportunity. I look forward to this new chapter and am excited to begin a new decade with Lee.”
