Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP has promoted an attorney in its real estate and redevelopment practices, the law firm announced Monday.
Charles J. Wilkes, who is based in the firm’s Woodbridge office, was elevated from associate to partner effective Jan. 1. He is a member of Greenbaum Rowe’s real estate and redevelopment and land use departments, along with its banking, business financing and creditors’ rights practice group.
Wilkes concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and financing transactions, the firm said in a news release. His work encompasses matters such as the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate and major redevelopment projects.
The firm said Wilkes is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law and the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
