Cresa has tapped Tony Juliano as its managing principal for the Northeast region, bolstering the team overseeing its New Jersey and New York City offices.
The firm, which focuses exclusively on tenant representation, said Juliano has been instrumental in building its platform and enhancing its market presence in Philadelphia since joining its ranks in 2021. In his expanded role, he’ll support the company’s New York and New Jersey teams with growth, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions and client service delivery.
“The tristate area is a significant and important region for our clients, and we are thrilled to infuse additional resources into this area,” Cresa President Greg Schementi said. “Since joining the firm, Tony has successfully spearheaded major corporate initiatives, and we now look to him to bring his leadership and expertise to the area, working closely with Cresa teams across key markets to drive continued expansion and innovation in the Northeast region.”
The company added that, over the past four years, Juliano has established Cresa’s local industrial and project management groups — bolstering the latter via the acquisition of NorthStar Owners Representation. Revenue has more than doubled since then, with its headcount growing to more than 30, while Juliano also oversaw the 20222 opening of Cresa’s second location in Philadelphia in Center City.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role and build on the momentum we have established in Philadelphia,” Juliano said. “I’m looking forward to working with our incredibly talented teams in New Jersey and New York to strategically expand and strengthen Cresa’s business and presence in the region.”
