Brokers with Cushman & Wakefield have taken over leasing at a four-building, 393,000-square-foot office campus in Bloomfield.
P3 Properties, the complex’s owner, has tapped C&W as the agent at its recently acquired and upgraded BroadAcres Office Park, the real estate services firm said. C&W Managing Director Ben Brenner and Associate MariaGrace Iantosca are heading the assignment.
In announcing the move, the ownership and brokerage team said occupancy has risen by more than 13 percent since P3 Properties acquired the campus last year, attributing the uptick to competitive lease terms and the improvements.
“Simply put, we are successfully leveraging the potential we saw from the outset at BroadAcres,” said Harvey Rosenblatt, P3’s founder. “We are working hard to create an affordable, attractive environment with amenities that today’s tenants want.
“We are pleased to welcome Cushman & Wakefield to the team as I know they will help us take BroadAcres to the next level.”
The appointment is Cushman & Wakefield’s first agency leasing assignment with P3 Properties in New Jersey. The firm is marketing spaces at BroadAcres Office Park ranging from 1,000 square feet to a full floor of 26,000 square feet.

To date, P3 Properties has introduced a full-service fitness center, new campus signage, resurfaced parking lots and updated exterior lighting at BroadAcres Office Park, with ongoing common area enhancements and additional amenities planned, according to a news release. The 20-acre property — which sits along the Garden State Parkway between exits 151 and 153 — also has multiple on-site food service options and available conference space.
