The new owner of the former Honeywell International headquarters in Morris Plains has selected Cushman & Wakefield to manage the property.
The landlord, Argent Ventures, recently acquired the 465,133-square-foot complex at 115 Tabor Road and is now converting it to a multitenant property, C&W said. Honeywell will maintain a presence at the building, which it opened in 2015, after completing the sale.
“This is the third property we have been retained to manage for Argent Ventures and we are thrilled to continue expanding our relationship,” said Mike Nevins, head of C&W’s New Jersey property management team. “This building’s trophy quality finishes and amenities are the best in the submarket.”
Based in New York City, Argent Ventures is a real estate investment and development firm specializing in opportunistic and value-add transactions. Its newest property in New Jersey features amenities such as a corporate cafeteria, a 20,000-square-foot modern fitness center with personal training and classes, executive parking and a large conference and training center.
Additionally, the property has a green roof on the third floor, outdoor spaces including a basketball court, structured parking for more than 1,000 cars, five loading docks and a helipad, C&W said. The firm also noted that 115 Tabor Road is minutes from the Morris Plains and Morristown train stations.
CBRE brokered the sale of the property.
