Food delivery startup Wonder has leased 3,100 square feet at a shopping center on Route 22 in Green Brook, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
Brokers with the firm represented F&E Green Brook Corner LLC, the landlord, in the transaction just east of Warrenville Road. They noted that Wonder, the fast-growing delivery platform that partners with restaurants and chefs, expects to open the new location in January.
BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek completed the deal at 245 Route 22 alongside Jeffery Realty, which represented the tenant.
“This is a great addition to the Green Brook market as Wonder continues to expand their footprint throughout New Jersey,” Connor Vanderbeek said.
In announcing the deal, BRC noted that more than 44,370 vehicles pass the site each day, while also citing its proximity to Interstate 287. The property is also near retailers such as Starbucks, Dunkin’, AT&T, Mavis, Basset Furniture, Walgreens and others.
