Denholtz Properties has deepened its bench with the addition of Paul Paschal as director of acquisitions for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and Kyle Kostakis as development manager.
The firm, which is based in Red Bank, said Paschal joins it team after serving as vice president of Lee & Associates’ Charleston, South Carolina, office and having also held roles in the region with Marcus & Millichap and NAI Columbia. Now based in North Carolina, he will lead Denholtz’s industrial and multifamily acquisitions strategy in high-growth primary, secondary and tertiary markets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Kostakis, for his part, will work from the Red Bank office and joins the firm after nearly a decade in multiple project management roles with Toll Bros. As development manager, he will work closely with Denholtz Director of Development Steve Lidster to execute the company’s growing pipeline.

Paschal holds a bachelor’s in communication studies from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, according to a news release. Kostakis holds a bachelor’s in business administration, finance and real estate from Villanova University.
