Denholtz Properties has completed the latest piece of its growing light industrial portfolio, unveiling a nearly 101,000-square-foot property just north of Route 33 in Freehold.
The developer recently welcomed brokers to the single-story facility at 245 Willow Brook Road, showcasing units ranging from 4,072 to 100,771 square feet with 18 tailboard dock doors, 28-foot clear ceiling heights and 165 on-site surface parking spaces. It’s now hoping to lure tenants with those features and a location that’s less than a quarter-mile from Route 33, providing access to other major corridors such as routes 9 and 18, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, as well as the greater New York City and Philadelphia regions.
“Like many markets across New Jersey, Monmouth County continues to be underserved by Class A industrial space as tenant demand continues to grow,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Red Bank-based Denholtz. “Our team has done an incredible job over the last several months to bring this project to fruition, and we look forward to welcoming tenants to this state-of-the-art facility.”
The 100,771-square-foot facility joins the firm’s other new industrial flex buildings that are recently completed or in development, including a fully approved, 32,147-square-foot project at 110 North Gold Drive in Robbinsville and a 40,500-square-foot property in Hamilton that is currently leased to Pickleball Kingdom. Denholtz also broke ground this fall on North Park at Bridgewater, a 73,429-square-foot industrial building at 1488 Route 22 in Bridgewater.
