A health and beauty products manufacturer has recommitted to its location in Piscataway, inking an 11,200-square-foot lease renewal with Denholtz Associates.
The development and investment firm on Tuesday announced the deal with Health and Natural Beauty, a tenant at 140 Ethel Road West. The tenant, a private-label producer of oral care, skin care and hair care products, uses the space as its development and manufacturing site.
Jaime Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz in the deal at the single-story, 108,875-square-foot industrial flex building.
“Our commitment to superior tenant service at each of our properties has enabled us to grow a diverse portfolio with high rates of occupancy and tenant retention,” said Christina Jordan, director of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “The renewal with Health and Natural Beauty further exemplifies our dedication to our multi-tenant diversification strategy across our portfolio.”
In a news release, Denholtz touted the building’s location off Exit 5 of Interstate 287, providing easy access to Route 27 and the major commuting highways in central New Jersey. Health and Natural Beauty uses the site to manufacture products that are sold by large and small companies worldwide.
