Denholtz Associates has made another addition to its team with the hiring of a new acquisitions and development associate.
Blake Burger, a recent Monmouth University graduate, has joined the Matawan-based firm in an effort to assist its leaders with deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, community relations and analytics. He will work closely with Denholtz executives to ensure that the firm continues to identify unique development, redevelopment and value-add opportunities in the market and continue to successfully execute its investment strategy.
Prior to joining Denholtz, Burger received an MBA and a bachelor’s in real estate, management and decision sciences from Monmouth University. He is a resident of Easton, Pennsylvania.
“As the real estate industry continues to evolve and the use of technology becomes more important, we recognize that bringing bright, young minds onto our team will enable us to successfully integrate the next generation of real estate leaders into our business,” said Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Associates. “We welcome Blake to our team and know that his expertise and insights will be invaluable as we continue to shape our firm to be well-positioned to realize opportunities in a rapidly changing real estate business.”
