A dental practice has found a new home in Chesterfield after signing a lease with Renaissance Properties, the developer of the 500-acre mixed-use property known as Old York Village.
According to a news release, Inspire Dental is slated to open in late 2023 or early 2024 at 90 Saddle Way, where it will occupy roughly 2,400 square feet. It will be among the latest commercial tenants at what’s known as The Shops at Old York Village, a walkable town center located near more than 1,000 townhomes, single-family dwellings and other units that developers have built within a master-planned part of the township.
“I am thrilled to be a part of Old York Village,” said Dr. Melanie Lee, who leads the practice. “Renaissance Properties has been incredibly supportive as I navigate the construction and operational aspects of my new dental practice. The location is also ideal for both my professional and personal life, and I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of the growing Chesterfield community.”
Other recently added retail tenants at the property include Gervasio’s Italian Family Restaurant and Mikey Bagels.
“We are so happy to welcome another enthusiastic owner/operator to The Shops at Old York Village,” said Robert Adinolfi, chief operating officer at Renaissance Properties. “This brand-new, community-oriented downtown center offers an appealing and expanding mix of local businesses and services, all uniquely designed to complement the charming, neo-traditional architecture employed throughout this one-of-a-kind, Smart Growth community.”
