Dermody Properties is debuting its latest New Jersey industrial project, unveiling nearly 430,000 square feet in Burlington County that it’s now marketing alongside brokers with Newmark.
According to the leasing team, the facility at 1775 Route 38 in Lumberton Township has activated a 39.75-acre site near Route 206. The 429,200-square-foot building is also a new addition to the growing Burlington County submarket, with its connectivity to the New Jersey Turnpike and other highways, offering 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 58 dock doors, 56 trailer stalls and 172 future stalls approved.
Newmark senior managing directors Kurt Montagano and Kyle Eaton and Associate Connor Montagano are leasing agents for what’s known as LogistiCenter at Lumberton.
“LogistiCenter at Lumberton offers unmatched connectivity and operational efficiency for businesses seeking a best-in-class logistics or distribution facility,” Montagano said. “The property’s advanced features and strategic location position it as a strong choice for companies looking to reach over one-third of the U.S. population within a day’s drive. Two interchanges on the New Jersey Turnpike (exits 5 and 7) are easily accessible from the Route 38 location.”
Newmark noted that the building’s features, including its ceiling heights and enhanced parking options, cater to the types of operators that Dermody targets with its LogistiCenter brand. Other features include an ESFR sprinkler system, tilt wall construction, LED lighting and built-to-suit office space.
The team added that Burlington County in recent years has attracted industrial users such as Walmart, Amazon, Mitsubishi Logistics, Trane and Eaton Corp, among others.
