Dermody Properties is debuting its latest New Jersey industrial project, unveiling nearly 430,000 square feet in Burlington County that it’s now marketing alongside brokers with Newmark.
Dermody Properties has acquired two development parcels in Burlington County with plans to build new high-end distribution centers totaling nearly 620,000 square feet.
